In addition, you own your new home and are free to sell it in the future and retain all capital gain. There are no entry or exit fees. There are also no council rates or water charges as these are included in the very reasonable site fees.

Eligibility for rent assistance

As a resident of the Waikerie Lifestyle Village, you may be eligible for rent assistance reducing the already low site fees. You should contact Centrelink directly to determine if you are eligible.

How long will it take to build my home?

Building a home in the Waikerie Lifestyle Village will take approximately 26 weeks from the time you decide to build until the day you move in. The exact build time will vary depending on your choice of design from either one of our off-the-plan design options or a by design home where you can customise the plan to suit your individual needs.

Can I customise my home?

What does it cost to customise my home?
