About Waikerie Lifestyle Village
Waikerie Lifestyle Village is the first and only land lease community in South Australia’s Riverland. More than 60 homes are a part of our Village, as of today, with a total of 150 homes planned for the completed development. Residents can choose to build their choice of home from our bespoke floorplans and range of selection boards or buy a newly built spec home. All homes are built with the needs of over 55’s at the forefront of design, have a price range to suit most budgets, and are move in ready. Our Community Manager is on-site daily and you will get to know them well as they will connect you with other residents, take care of your parcels and answer any questions you may have once you’re settled in.
