From the 21st of September, Royal Park Salvage were onsite to complete the demolition of the old amenities block. The project is due for completion on Friday, 25th September. 

“With the amenities block being demolished before the end of the September, we are on track to pour the slab by the end of October” – Darren Disbury, GM for Destination Homes Australia.

The new Hub will be a flexible, multi-purpose facility designed for all residents to enjoy. The orientation of the building has been re-positioned from it’s original plan to be north facing. Similarly, the south-side verandah, which still faces the pool, will be under the main roof line to provide year-round protection. Above all, the kitchen is now an open plan design for a welcoming and casual setting.
